It really saddens me to make a complaint about one of my favourite companies. And it's not even really their fault.
Takealot used to have Mr Delivery Express for all deliveries. And the service was outstanding. Never had an issue with regards to packages being late, or on strange times and so on. No other courier company in this country have been able to deliver like them.
Now Takealot deals with a company called Skynet couriers, (which I can't trust because, Terminator) and they don't seem to have a clue.
I got a call from the courier on Saturday that he is at my office for delivery. This after Takealot told me on the phone that it will only be delivered by Monday. I Told the chap I'm not there and he should return on Monday. Guess what... I got the same phone call on Sunday! This is annoying and inefficient, and I wouldn't be surprised if they it up and forgot to deliver it today.
Why can't they phone me before the time and find out if I'm available for delivery, like Mr D used to do? I want the old guys back... They had good service and it complimented the outstanding service that I came to expect from Takealot.
