Late February I ordered CTA prescribed study texts including SAICA HANDBOOKS, on checkout Kalahari s website gave me only 2 options for delivery - I selected the one that delivers the fastest as it stated that books will be delivered within 1 day.
Up to today, 17/05/2013 I still haven't received the books and as I explained I need the books urgent as Unisa is now going for Test 3 in 3 weeks time. Anyone studying CTA would know that a student without Silke and SAICA handbooks is very disadvantaged.
What upset me most is the fact that as they are now intending to refund me once 12 weeks has lapsed, when I ask them to repost the book to my friend in RSA as she is willing to post them for receipt within 10 days, they are constantly telling me to continue waiting for the 12 weeks which is even making things worse as the academic year is almost done. I feel they have misinformed me because should they have told me delivery will take 12 weeks when I checked out instead of one day they ve told me, I would never used taken that option, would have arranged a faster alternative.
I just want them to stop delaying and repost the books to the RSA address I sent them OR refund me ASAP
