We have been struggling for 4 years now to activate our vitality with clicks, it's a back and forth game of blaming the other party between clicks and discovery health. After many fights with discovery at last it shows on the website of discovery that the clicks benefit is activated and still nothing on the clicks website. Is it so much to ask for something to happen? When we phone clicks call centre all they will say is that we must sort it out with discovery.!
