New installation not working from the start

After new installation on the 3 January 2014 my tracker has never been working, not reporting on the website nothing, after reporting the problem to the help desk they resend the codes, where the devices reported again for one trip only, again following day reporting it in the morning but to no avail, no one even contacting me in this regard, What will happen if my vehicle get right NOW, wonder who will be held responsible???
