I would like to report the bad service i have experience in your company. on the 25th of November 2011 my car was installed a tracker by an East London branch. The Installation Techinician's name was Elliot Matayi and the technician code was EC023. Installation number was: 1601002.
this tracker is not working and when i called East London branch, the number was not working, then i called Head Office for help and i was told to change the battery and that i did and still it never worked. I reported the matter to a lady who helped me in Head Office, she told me that technician was going to be dispatched but till to date no one has come to my rescue. i am now paying for the device which is not working.
i therefore, appeall for help
