Paying for my sold cars cartrack still

Not very happy with Cartrack, I sold my vehicle in March this year, the dealer took my car to Cartrack in Nelspruit to remove the tracker and put it in my new car. Michelle mailed me asking me if I would like to place the devise in my new car. She never explained to me that if I dont come back to them that the devise will be sold with the vehicle and that I will still be paying for this devise. At that time I didnt have money to pay the re-instalation of R850 - I was under the impression that the devise was taken out and that I can go back to them when I have money to put it in my new vehicle. I have been paying for this devise for the last 10 months for the new owner of the vehicle. No one came back to me, asking me if this is ok. I feel that Cartrack's client service is terrible in this regard. Wondering how many people is paying for others Cartrack.
When the money and the sales comes in every one is happy at Cartrack, but your customer after service!!! Im requesting my money back that I've been paying for the last month for your new client thats not even aware of someone else paying for his devise. And now Im cancelling and the poor sod wont even know.
