On the 17th of this month my house was burgled and they broke through the Ultimate crime barrier. As per the police the plactic rollers and other plastic parts on the gate can be easily broken through. A crowbar or simaliar was used to pry the gate open. I called the Kyalami branch the next day as the gate was only installed two years ago and was asked to contact my insurance, my insurance said they will try and do a follow up but it is up to Trellidor to assess. I have paid a private company to help remove the broken gate due to no help from Trellidor or my insurance and the thing that was the hardest to remove was the frame itself which took the guys some time. Should I cut my loses and just move on or should I pursue the warranty and garauntee on the product? #lost
