I was debited in December 2013 for an amount i had paid for a few days earlier with my credit card, i called the call centre to let them know i paid the full amount for them to reactivate my account & to let them know that they must notdebit my account for the amount i jsut paid. Which they still done. quick to take the money yet the refunds takes forever. this happened at the beginning of December it's already the end of January 2014 and im still waiting.this is my money that i work hard for monthly and i must beg and constantly call in the have it refunded. i will have the calls pulled if i have to. i want this matter sorted out now!!!
