Arrived to take my 2 children to a 3D movie, stood in a line with everyone else for at least 15mins, for us to eventually be told it was the wrong one and we were to move, there were no adult glasses so I had to purchase and wear kids glasses which gave me a headache from being too tight, and after being in the Kiosk line for about 20 minutes as they only had 1 server (in government school holidays!!!) were told there were no boxes for the kids combo's and we could only buy the medium combo's or up. This is unacceptable considering it is not my problem they did not have stock, why was there no compromise made with regards to this, how can I tell my children they can't have, so I had to buy medium combo's that then were not finished as they are too large!!! Once the manager was addressed, he just ignored all complaints and turned his back on me. I find this quite offensive and this is not the first time that Ster-Kinekor Greenstone has disappointed, there is always something from the service to the movies never working!!!
