On Sunday the 6th July 2013, my fiance and I decide we have not been to the movies in such a long time, it would be the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Upon arriving at the movies, we make our way to the ticket counter to be served by thee most rude person I have ever met in my entire life! She did not talk to us, she simply expected us know what her next step will be. She was rude and obnoxious! When paying for the tickets, she then took my card without even telling me and walked off to another card machine, luckily close by so I could assume that her card machine was not working and that we had to use another one. Already not even in the mood for this movie, we make our way to buy refreshments to only be served by another rude individuals. No greetings. We order sweets as advertised on your menu board and about 50% of the stuff was not in stock, nor the flavoring of the popcorn. At this moment I have paid R260 for useless service a movie and popcorn. Might I add that the keypad to put your pin in was so disgusting, that I did not even want to touch it, full of food and popcorn flavoring.
