I must stress my grief concerning the water situation at Ivory Court
It is really becoming pathetic
This morning I woke up and went to my bathroom only to find it FLOODED once again.
I asked the lady in Unit 26 not to use her tub and she agreed.
SO NOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE WATER IS COMING FROM AS I AM NOT USING THE TUB EITHER.
THEN I GO TO MY PATIO and that is FLOODED DUE TO THE RAIN.
MY INITIAL ISSUE
(I have a major issues in the complex I live in 25 Ivory court, Winchestor hills.
We have a BODY CORPORATE AND MANAGING AGENT THAT REFUSES TO ASSIST.
I have a major issue regarding my geyser.
The geyser for no 25 and number 26 are mixed,
having the :
Kitchen in 25 linked to 26 geyser
Kitchen in 26 linked to 25 geyser
This is becoming unbearable as 26 constantly keeps their geyser off.
I am in unit 25 and I am not at home the entire day, no 26 is using the water from my geyser the whole day, and refuse to switch their geyser on so I never have hot water in my kitchen.
The Body Corp are well aware of this issue and have done nothing to sort this matter out.
Numerous plumbers have come and gone have given reports and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN
