To my bitter regret, we decided to use an agency to rent out my apartment in Potchefstroom. Each month we struggled to get our rental from Just Letting and had to call and threaten every time any still nothing has been done..The tenant has not paid two months' rent and went out with multiple damage to the property..Just Letting ensured us that the matter referred to the Tribuneraal but it's nine months later and still a whole nine months we struggle to get paid the outstanding amount that was suppose to be Just Lettings job to get it back..Each month, a commission is taken and you as the owner cant kicked against it but at end of every month the receive there part. THIS IS UNFAIR!!!How does it work? You receive your commission every month but can not even get decent service. I will never use their services again and as I am going I warn everyone against the front of Just Letting that insure you that they the best in the industry.
I really think they are the worste. I hope this complain gets to the Principal so we can sort it out.
