On 2013-07-08 a cowardly and arrogant security guard tried to turn away an 81 year old lady who went to the front of the line to collect her license card and told her "There are NO pensioners here, get to the back of the line." She had received the same treatment eight weeks previously when she went to renew her license. She refused and went inside and was yelled at: "They will chase you out! " Once inside the center, she received good service and came home with her license. This elderly lady is my mother.
Do you expect an 81 year old grandmother to stand in a line for hours like young people? And why to you employ cowards who shout at old age pensioners and have no compassion for the elderly? Even at polling booths the elderly are taken to the front of the line. This is a DISGRACE. Have you never heard of BATHO PELE?
