In July 2013, for the first time ever, I have received written notification that my electricity would be cut due to the meter reading person not being able to read my electricity meter. This is the first time in the 5 years I am living at this address that a meter reading person has been unable to read my electricity meter. I have not changed the layout or anything in my yard that would prevent the meter from being read. In fact, approximately 1.5 years ago, I have fenced of my dogs from bothering the person reading the meter. The fencing has never affected the person reading my meter.
My municipal billing has always shown as "Actual reading" for my meter. Therefore, my meter has always been successfully read by the meter reading staff until this recent occurence in July. Now I am receiving notifcations that my eletricity will be cut which is not fair if the person that supposed to be reading the meter is not doing his job the correct way as it has been done by his colleagues in the past
