Not adhering to their turnaround time

On the 1st May 2013 @09h45 i called the call centre complaining about power cut at our house, i spoke to a call center agent who gave me a reference number and was told a technician would come, it is now 09h55 the following day and nothing has happened when they say their turnaround time is 4-24hrs. this is the 3rd time in 6 months they have fixed the power cable. it was apparently burnt the beginning of april 2013 as well. they can surely see its a problem but will not get specialists in the field to fix the problem. on the 30th April they came to fix the meter box after that we had no power. this is totally unacceptable, considering we are using prepaid electricity and our rates and taxes are paid up in full. im even considering moving from ekurhuleni because of the incompetency with regards to the municipality services we pay for but get no service delivery.
