New digital subscription taken with MySubs for YOU magazine. No constraints on receiving digital copy, however, in response to how crosswords can be done on digital copy, automated response received committing to a response within 8 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The original request was made on 18 January 2014. No response. A second request made - same automated response, but still no resolution. Disappointing as these crosswords is one of the reasons I buy the magazine!! Perhaps I am technically challenged, but would really appreciate the assistance. Or, awareness needs to be created if this cannot be done.
