Forsdicks Bmw sold me a new bmw 320i in Aug 2011. i constantly complaint that the car was slow and lose on the road. till today they could not tell me why the cars back broke away when i hit a bump in the road at a speed in access of 120km. When i complaint about the sluggishness of the vehicle they wrote it of to the fact as they call it, it is only a 2L E90. round about October last year my frustration came to a boiling point to the effect that i forced their workshop supervisor to drive the car. he commented about the sluggishness and worked on the car. Gave it back to me and said the problem was solved. i complaint again and it was now time for the second service. before i took it in for a service i replaced the tyres on the vehicle to find that the problem with road holding was now gone. i told them to check how many times i complaint about the road holding. They are still just brushing that off. i took the car in for a second service and received it back the afternoon with a list of all the parts that was replaced (plugs filters brakes etc) which i signed for.
