BMW Forsdicks Simply don't care or bother

I will try to make this short.

Myself/Family went out to CapeGate and mid-way we noticed the BMW is overheating and it had to go to BMW Forsdicks.

We took it to Forsdicks immediately to look at it but BMW will only check it in 2 days - (they were fully booked)

BMW Forsdicks arranged a vehicle to take myself/family home. We quickly took out what we could.

When we got home i realised that my Power Fort&Cellphone USB Cable is still behind the Drivers Seat's Pouch (It's a portable Power Charger for my Cellphone/Ipad)

My mom then phoned BMW Forsdicks & asked them to please take the Power Fort out and keep it in a safe place. This item cost me R800

About 3-4days later we got the Vehicle back, but my PowerFort was not there.

I went to the Shaun & asked where the power Fort is (As i'm sure they would have put it in a Safe or at least in a safe place). Shaun had a look but nothing to be found. He advised they will look for it and let me know.

After Various emails & 5-6 weeks to Shaun i had no feedback. When phoning after him, he simply says his Manager is away on Training.

I got a mail from Shaun on 20 August, saying that his Manager will contact me. It's now 4 September. No reply...
