Booked a collection from Bruce Springsteen and was informed by SMS that the driver was leaving again. On phoning the call centre, the attitude was less than helpful. I was referred to the duty manager who said that it's my problem if the driver can't find me and that I will be charged.
Teslyn, the customer services manager wrote me an email today basically telling me this is my fault and I can just cancel my membership with the sales department. It seems that this company does not value their members, so I did cancel. I hope I can warn people not to make the same mistake I did by trusting I have a ride home and then have to make a plan at 1am.
