I sent forms to update banking details for myself and my mother and my details were updated after i had to call but my mothers still havent been updated, They take way to long and the same excuse all the time " we are very busy" i believe they should have made sure they had enough capacity. The share price keeps dropping but my mom cant even redeep her shares as the details havent been updated.
