I don't understand how I can send an email to update my mothers details with all the required information mid December and today is the 29th of Jan 2014, they still not updated. A month and a half gone still her details are not updated.
There was no trading since the system crashed were they twinkling their fingers with all that time they had. I don't understand. Trading opened today. My mother logs in only for her OTP to be send to her old number.
This is frustrating. When I call the call centre there is "a high volume of calls" Ive been trying the whole day. One thing I also don't understand is there only one line for all different queries?
There is no options to select different lines for different types of queries. This is just frustrating.
