Emailed Mike, [Email Removed] (0787408591) for free quote on fixing side-by-side freezer as gas pipe broke, needed fixing & regas. Was told would cost in region of R900. Eventually send out "technicians" Mark 0786135918 & Gino. Was quoted R900-R1000 by Mark will come back Wednesday to fix. After numerous calls eventually came & gave us an invoice for R1682-30 after it was "fixed & regassed". My husband asked Mark why he cut off pipes & was told that it doesn't need to be there & he bypassed it. Wasn't happy but paid, as Mark promised 1 yr guarantee. On Monday freezer was still not working, Mike was contacted & promised that either he or Mark will be coming through to check. On the Wednesday morning I got hold of Mark & was told be there @ certain time, which I took time off for, but he never came. Then came the next day (1 week after "fixing") & told us that he didn't allow gas to through long enough, put on an empty gas canister and promised to be back on Friday. Never came. No apologies that he's broken my freezer or didn't know what he was doing, I asked for a refund & was ignored. Things was taken from my kitchen as well. Not picking up calls or answering messages.
