On the 19th of Dec 2012 we rented a Can am Spyder and and found the bike faulty and in poor condition. So after 50kms of riding we returned the bike to the garage and were offered other bikes instead. All bikes offered to us were badly maintained and unworthy of riding. We were promised a full reimbursement the following day of 6600Rand. After not receiving the money our attempts to contact the owner for the next few weeks failed and we finally heard from him on the 7Jan2013.He said he had no intension of reimbursing us{ he knew we were flying back to Israel the next day and could not do much about it.}We had to cut out trip short cause we now had a huge hole in our budget and were very distressed by the whole situation{My girlfriend and I}.Last I heard from him is he is willing to give us back 2500Rand out of the 6600 he charged us for. I did not agree and said I will be putting in a law suit against him in the near future. We were totally by Karl and have no trust in his rental company.
