Within 8 months of installing our plunge pool, the motor of the filter kept tripping our main board. The motor had burnt out - so the pump had to be replaced (luckily still under warranty); then the filter was blamed for ongoing problems with the pump... of course we had to pay for a new filter. Now the pump - after just a month - is starting to trip the electricity again. No luck getting hold of either Townhouse Pools or Polyphoenix again of course.
