No feedback from complaint

I have been dealing with a problem of illegal electricity being used on a property in Margate since approximately April 2013. I was liaising with the above mentioned person and was told by Lucinda that it had all been sorted out and I didn't have to pay the account. They then opened the tenants new account in order for him to have electricity. I asked for a confirmation letter for my records to say that i was not liable for outstanding amount. My reply from Luchelle she misunderstood what I wanted. This has now been escalated to senior management ref no. 102737565. I was told I would hear from Eskom at end of September and to date I have had absolutely nothing in writing.
