I bought a Groupon voucher for My Space Hair Salon for a wash, cut, treatment, colour and set.

Firstly the colour put in my hair was incorrect - and my hair had to be coloured twice in one sitting. I also very specifically said no black in my hair please and I am currently dark brown. Well I have walked away with black hair.

Secondly, who puts two helpers with a hairdryer each to dry my hair in two different directions because they all want to go home. My hair was a complete tangle of knots.

I eventualy got highly annoyed and walked out with a mop of tangles and had to go home and complete my hair myself!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE - ARE THESE PEOPLE EVEN QUALIFIED!!!
