My name is leah, i have a problem with my dads account, he is a pensioner and they came and put pre paid at our house and later he was only paying pre paid and a bill of 10 GRAND Came to him eskom collection department started threatning him telling him that he must pay that 10 grand, i went and i paid them i assumed that we no longer owe them when i go with him to their branches everyone says there is nothing they can do now he must just pay, there is letters that comes everymonth asking for 35 rand or 15 rand, what is that amount for??? i paid my dad account in full so what is that amount for but still eskom personnel cant answer even when you call they are just useless, Eskom is reaping off pensioners, my parents are old and dont have time to answer for Eskom ups, i need to know what that amount is for and if it is not sorted i am going to sue eskom and aslo take them to speak out because they are incompetent and useless, i dont have time to be paying everymonth and also buying prepaid for them
