I signed an offer to purchase on a property that was Sequestrated. i lived on the property for over a year - and paid occupational. I could get out of the offer to purchase as they had said they would put it back on the market. However i went to Michael Van Kerckhoven for Advise and assistance on getting me the BEST Offer.
I requested that i either can out in a reduced offer to purchase (taking out the occupational i had paid) or some how get a return on the money i invested in the property in the interum
He required a R10 000 Deposit. which i paid. He then proceded to send a letter to cancel the offer to purchase (which i could have done for free) and then charged R20 000k??? R253 a 10 minute call - R200 for an message left on my voice mail. they done nothing to help me - i did not need a lawyer to get me out of the offer i needed advise and assistance on getting help with the property. i ended up moving out and lost all money invested and now am endebted to Allan Levin & assosiates?? they then gave me a discount of R4000?
