I am under debt review, and I have been since August 2009. I have been with the same debt review company. Both Absa and Nedbank have handed me over to their attorneys, in spite of this. Norton Attorneys keep sms'ing and phoning me to arrange payment dates, and to find out when my next payment will be, and I am actually sick and tired of telling them to contact my debt agency. I have lost track of how many times I have given them the details, and as my debt agency handles my creditors payments, Norton Attorneys must contact them! I don't even entertain the phone calls now; once I hear that it's Norton Attorneys I advise the caller to contact my debt agency, and I put the phone down.
My Nedbank accounts shouldn't even be with you, as Nedbank ILLEGALLY terminated my debt review - this was report to them in October last year and I'm STILL waiting for feedback.
So, I am once again going to advise you to STOP contacting me, and to contact my debt review directly. They have all of my information, and can advise you on the next payments. They can even give you payment statements.
