I had situatio with MTN which Lipco was suppose to be dealing with, I brought this to their attention in October 2013, till this day it hasn't been resolve and no one even bothers to contact to me and give me feeddback on this issue.. I have phoned numerous times and requested that someones gets back to me and have sent numoerous emails but they couldn't be bothered.
I don't understand what is it exactly that i'm paying for. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS PETHATIC SERVICE.
