I was handed over to Debt Tracker by UKZN and made payment on my account end of 2012. At the beginning of 2013 I went to check if my account reflected that I had paid up the balance and realised that I actually had over R200 due to me. I sent Debt Tracker an email and in March Thabiso Zwem promised that I will be reimbursed, she even took my banking details.By September I still hadn't received the money and emailed again to find out what was happening. Her response was: this account is closed. When I enquired how my account could be closed when I had a credit balance that was never returned to me, she said I must send her my banking details and the money will be transferred in a month's time. Today is 5th of November and I still don't have my money AND Ms Zwem is not responding to my emails.
