I would like to voice my disappointment with Discovery and the cancellation of my Gym membership.
Discovery decided to increase my visits from 24 to 36 withour proper notification. Apparantly I had to make 26 by end of March and only made 24. I do not remeber receiving any notification of this increase.

Why was this visit requirement increased to 36 as when I signed up I was on the 24 rolling month requirement.
I think this forced increase is unethical and Discovery must show where I signed for this agreement as I agreed on 24. Forced changes is not good client relationship or business practice.

By sending this important notification by email is very disturbing in that not all mails are received and due to busy schedules not all mails are read. I do not remember receiving the mail or reading the mail. Furthermore sending it in Feb notifying that more visits is needed by end of Mar a month later is totally not correct.

I have submitted my complain in detail to Discovery on the 18 April 2013 via email and to date they have not received any respone. I think this type of attitude and client relationship is the worst I have experience.
