I received a call from Discovery last week to inform me that they are going to cancel my membership due to information that goes back to 2003, which was not included on my application form my memebership will be cancelled as from the date i joined. i did inform Discovery to refund my premiums paid but i have not yet received any refund as yet. Please ensure i am refunded by COB thursday 04th April 2013. But their are people that i know which has on thier apllication form, they have only been on the medical aid for 7 months they got authorisation to be hospitilased three times in one month, they had a waiting period and exclusions on their membership, but when i asked for aiuthorisation number for a scope my membership gets cancelled, where is the fairness. Please ensure i get my refund by COB Thursday 4th April 2013.
