I am left curled up in pain at 01.54 in the morning while waiting on just feedback from Discovery health. I have been waiting 13 days for any feedback from Discovery Health with regards to Authorisation for an operation and had to cancel the operation twice. The operation is in a hospital in the Key care network with a specialist that is also in the network. The operation is not excluded in the plan and have The doctor submitted his report with the report from the CT scan to show the tumor that needs to be removed. I have even escalated it to the executive office in PE apparently dealing with it 4 day ago with not even a response to acknowledge receipt... while I can read the read report on my side. As per the Automated response when I submitted the claim I will get an answer in 2-5 days. I am suffering and my conditioning is worsening every day and you don't even have the decency to respond. My two girls are 15 months old, just tell me yes or no so I can move on and get treated.
