I would like to know if the CEO of Bankmed knows what is going on around the Company. I have e-mailed through a quote for approval and still a month later no response. The funny thing is when I keep calling the Call Centre see how many times I have e-mailed it through but no one seems to be able to assist and give me stories about turn around times.
It was e-mailed on the 29 May 2013, I phoned the Call Centre 3 days later the lady said she saw the mail but it will take 5 working days for them to respond. I e-mailed again and CC Janice Jordaan she only looked at the mail and till today never responded. I Phoned yesterday and was transferred from pillar to post and spoke withThulisilwa and Lerato, Lerato is going to escalate it to the team leader and I have to wait another 48 hours. Never mind that I'm already waiting for a Month. Can I please get a urgent response your service is pathetic very, very unhappy customer and don't think I want to be a customer of Bankmed anymore. I don't deserve this treatment nor do you deserve me as a customer.
