Please pass on my thanks and well done to Dean (think I heard Dean - Chronic Call Centre) for assisting me with my Chronic query. He was pleasant, professional and tried to help the best he could, even felt like it did a little more then what was necessary. It really has always been a pleasure dealing with Discoveries staff.
I seldom speak to someone who's tone I don't appreciate. Dean you are a star. I needed to be treated like my problem was important, and you made me feel like you acknowledge my urgency. Keep It Up, it's staff like you that makes a business great and keeps customers!!!
