We bought a TV from Hirchs almost a year ago, just short of the warrantee expiring we experienced a problem with the screen. After two weeks of trying to get the technician to come to the house the appointment for 10am was not kept, eventually around 12:30 the technician arrived and said that the screen needed tp be replaced, and the replacement unit would take 3 days. It has now been 10 days, with two emails inbetween to Joyce about the pathetic service, and still no responce.
Do not but any Samsung product unless you want pathetic back up service.
