During the month of November 2013 my Television had a fault with the picture. I contacted Samsung who referred me to their Boksburg Branch (Darro Electronics). They responded saying that SAMSUNG no longer keeps parts for this - 5 year old Television. Do SAMSUNG products only have a 5 Year Life Span? A consultant from SAMSUNG by the name of Thabo later called me requesting me to leave the Television with Darro Electronics while they decide on a Depreciation Value for this Television. I called them again today the 07/01/2014 and found out that neither SAMSUNG nor Darro Electronics have attended to my television nor are they able to provide any answers. Is SAMSUNG keeping up to its mighty advertisements???
