Unisa
Lack of response

Hi there

I have written numerous emails to unisa, and have called every number relating to my query on the unisa contact us page on their website but to my avail, they either drop the call or fail to answer it. This is unacceptable. They never respond to emails and when they do its usually months after the email was originally written! I find it so disappointing that when need arises and you require assistance, Unisa fails to assist!

Something needs to be done with regard to the poor service and lack thereof.
