When I first went to apply at intec I wanted to repeat subjects without cass because I am a matric repeater, I already have a cass mark but I was told I can't get that product because cass marks are only valid for 2 years (this is advertised on your website as well) so I had to get the subjects with cass product.
Intec requires that matrics register with an exam venue to write final exams and I went to my former high school to register. After speaking with the principal and explaining to him what I was doing he told me that intec was lying and cass marks last way longer than 2 years. He phoned the department of education and we confirmed this.
I have sent many emails to intec about the cancellation of my contract because they deceive their clients who want this product. I have not received a response and all the phone calls I have made I have been put on hold as soon as I mention cancellation and it seems to never get out of of hold.
If I do not get a reply soon I am going to get lawyers involed.
