I registered on the 24 January 2014 and paid my registration fees on the same day. The payment does show on myunisa however my application is not finalised. I dont understand why the registration is not finalised as it was done online which is suppose to be quicker.
I have been a student for 9 years and yet I still receive such service. I had the same issue last year and only after my compliant on hello peter, was my registration finalised.
And, why does unisa have contact details on their website, when no one ever answers those calls???
This is extremely important as I may have assignment due this month which i dont even know about???
Please assist urgently.
