Aggregate fees.
1st semester I applied for aggregate exams.
2semester I wrote all my exams and I paid 180.00 for exams fees November 2013.12.20
Now I can see my results because I have an outstanding balance of 610.00 which I don't know where does it come from, because I paid all my fees, and in October I had a zero balance of my fees.
I have trying to call unisa and to send emails from last months; no one is willing to assist me so if all the people who works at unisa can't assist me, I don't know who assist me, one of the lady was shouting at me.
Even today I have been on a last for 2hours all department they can't help, Finance department, Exams department, all ladies, they keep on transferring me, then the phone just hand out,
Then I called again same story.
I didn't want logged a complaint but the service I got made realised that I won't get anyway.
Can someone assist me, so that I can view my results?
