My garage door motor became dysfunctional along with springs that needed replacing and a cable had snapped. The supplier was called in. They replaced the spring and cable and took the motor to repair, which they brought back the next day. Upon arrival home it was found that the motor was completely dead and has not worked. At first the supplier were apologetic and promised to come and repair it right away, which they failed to do. Then the excuses came. Then they stopped answering their phones and now are completely ignoring me. I have already paid 70% of they bill and will not pay the rest until the job is completed.
