I purchased a brand new bike from salesman named Johan Botha. Awaiting my license to take delivery of the bike, Johan said he will order and fit all the optional extras I purchased with the new bike.after two weeks on getting my license and taking delivery he still did not even place an order for the parts after promising he would do so. I took delivery and was told to wait one week to take the bike back and get the extras fitted.after phoning them constantly, because they never call me to inform me on the progress and waiting another three weeks I was told to bring in my bike to fit the extras. The monday afternoon I phoned the dealership to find out what time I could come pick up my bike (because they dont call me) when Johan the salesman told me they ordered the wrong parts and I must not phone him but the parts devision.but he sold me the bike and all the extras was part of the sale. To make a long story short I got my bike after two days and they had to buy parts from dealers near by. Never did I receive a call to hear if im happy with my new bike from the salesman. They did not even give me a permit (temp. license) and had to wait more than a month to receive my bikes license. PATHETIC
