I got my car serviced on 16 July this year. After the service I noticed that the radio wasn't turning on & off with either turning on the ignition or the removal of the car key. I contacted Cheryl who'd been my service advisor for the day & she advised that I bring in the car which I did. Upon inspection it was found to be a bigger problem which couldn't be resolved then & there. This is where the problem came in. I've been trying to get my car booked in to fix this for the past few months with Cheryl booking a date then canceling or never calling to set one up. This past week I asked to speak to her manager Andre who's yet to apologies or call me back. I'm appalled with the service I've received and am hoping this can be fixed before the December break as it's gone on for long enough.
