I purchased a brand new Giuletta QV Jan 2012, and soon after started hearing a strange noise in stop/start traffic. Not a problems thought, I would simply take back to Arnold Chatz dealership to ask them to repair. After been told they have "reset" my brakes and the problem should not reoccur, I was very disappointed to find that the problem had not been resolved, and the noisy brakes/suspension was still there. After returning my car to the dealership, I was again not repaired, and I was told it was my responsibility to record the noise to prove to Fiat that it was indeed there. I did this- and was again told a R45, 000 repair would solve my problem. I was relieved to hear this would be covered by the warranty. However, after this expensive repair was done, and assured that was now the end, I was again disappointed to drive out the very next day with the same noisy front brakes! This week I gave my car to Arnold Chatz for 3 days, during which the fault was confirmed, but they could not repair it- they need Fiat engineers to look at it. To add insult, was charged R2, 200 for rear brake pads, despite still not having my front brake issue resolved after 5 separate visits. Please help
