I bought an X5M 4 or 5 months ago. If I have had the car in my garage for 1 month it would be an exaggeration.
Not once have BMW offered me a courtesy car nor have they resolved the issue.
I have left messages at Bruma auto but that have not been bothered to contact me nor has head office!
Bruma auto took shortcuts, instead of following procedure as per their 'puma' system' it seems they rather replace every part in my motor and bill motorplan, never mind just creating a log of problems on my history. I wonder how this will impact resale.
A month after I bought my car, BMW offered me R150k less than what I paid, what a bunch of rip offs.
I have an M4 ordered but after this service or lack thereof I rather push a Mercedes.
