Very Bad Service

I had a car accident and my car was towed by A1 Assist to Lyndhurst Auto despite my insurance having told them to take it elsewhere. My car was with Lyndhurst Auto for more than a month and a half with no regular updates and when i eventually got it back it didn't have the front plates which i had to go back for the next day also I took it without the front grills which were still on back order to arrive in 2 weeks time then there was a funny noise coming from my front left wheel I took it back twice for that without fixing it then i was told to bring it back the 3rd time which i did they were going to fix in a day. They dropped off at work and there was no further communication until in the afternoon when i called to find out when my lift back to pick up my car was arriving only to be told that they are still busy with my car and the noise is from a fault on a steering wheel which they did not pick up this whole time i am writing this at 17h15 still stuck in the office with no idea how i will be getting home. That is the kind of service from Lyndhurst Auto R154K down the line. I am completely disgusted and am definitely looking into leaving BMW altogether it's simply not worth it
