Clearly Budget Car Rental is running on tight budget at my expense and refuse to give my money back despite their 72hrs reversal policy on funds withheld. I have spent in the range of R10 000 for an 18 day car rental period and when I complained that I used to get 1month car rental at R8000 for the same class of vehicle from AVIS, I returned their rental and was advised my money withheld as deposit would be refunded in 72hrs as I urgently needed to get another car. I had been renting with AVIS for 7 months and throughout had outstanding services. I thought to try out other agencies to my extreme disappoint and service that has left me perplexed. I have learnt my lesson and left with feelings of regret. When I contact them, they do not bother to revert back to me or send an apology which as a human being when an explanation is accompanied with an apology one can understand in as much as you may not like what you hear.
