I have been waiting for cards to be delivered from London since 13 Sept. I was told they were signed for and delivered to me on 30 Sept. Very worried as credit cards. I never got them. Maria told me that they could not reach me... No missed calls from delivery people. She told me that I should change my flight to a day later and she would make sure cards would be delivered with 24 hours as they were in the Cape Town office. Wow, 24 hours later and flights changed, not here. Phoned but she is busy, left message. Phoned an hour later, wow, she is home. I now sit without cards, last ones never delivered either last year... Not acceptable service... What should happen now??? Should I change flight again? DHL should cover costs. Cape Town tells me that they might be able to deliver tomorrow or next day... Shocking
